- Sends newsletter to all members

TREASURER : Kimberly Thomas

- Responsible for CFSC financial accounts
- Distributes monthly financial reports to CFSC board members
- Maintains skater’s financial accounts
- Insures all skaters are registered with USFSA
- Keeps track of expenses and relays them to Roger
- Performs any additional tasks requested by the President that will benefit the club
HOCKEY LIASON : Karen Brovan

- Attends monthly CYHA board meetings on behalf of CFSC
- Performs any additional tasks requested by the President that will benefit the club
- Coordinates fall registration with CYHA
- Conducts summer mailing to all previous skaters for registration
- Maintains registration forms for all members
- Collects all registration fees and submits to treasurer with report
- Maintains records of calendar distribution to members
- Coordinates second half registration for SWU
- Maintains current membership list
- Performs any additional tasks requested by the President that will benefit the club

- Distributes ice schedules - place in Jr./Sr. Club folders and post to bulletin board
- Performs any additional tasks requested by the President that will benefit the club
